• Led a massive effort to optimize PayPal homepages for SiteSpeed.This includes a total revamp of 35+ homepages and working with various vendors including Akamai (​Results Here​). This is to improve user experience & increase revenue while reducing server costs.
• Built & launched a new internal tool to measure & monitor Web Performance geographically and rolled out usage across the development team. This is in collaboration with third-party vendors like Akamai, Gomez, and Keynote.
• Launched internal tech-talk programs to evangelize new technologies on Web Development and built an attendance of 100+ developers on average
